You will provide Level 1 and 2 AV support across meeting rooms, boardrooms and collaboration spaces, ensuring reliable audio, video and room connectivity for live meetings and events. You will work with Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex, Crestron, QSC and AMX, perform troubleshooting, firmware updates, and ITSM logging while delivering outstanding customer service in a client‑facing,
