The International in Sydney’s vibrant dining scene is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Grill team. You will lead your section, maintain high standards of quality and presentation, and thrive in a busy, premium kitchen with a solid culture of teamwork.
Work closely with the Head Chef on seasonal menus, mentor junior staff, uphold rigorous food safety standards and contribute ideas to elevate guest experiences across a 2‑hat venue within The Point group.
