Love machinery, people and keeping things moving? Here’s your chance to join our Toowoomba Ag & Construction team as a Service Advisor – the go‑to link between our customers and our workshop, backing two of the biggest names in the paddock and on site: Claas and JCB .

What you’ll be doing

- Being the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for customers – from drop‑off to pick‑up
- Booking in jobs and keeping the workshop schedule running smoothly
- Supporting the branch departments with administration and invoicing
- Following every job through to completion so nothing slips through the cracks

What you’ll bring





- Proven customer service and/or office administration skills
- Dealership or service advisor experience – a big plus, but the right skills and attitude count just as much
- A positive, friendly, team‑first approach
- A sharp eye for detail and the drive to see things through
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confidence with computers and Microsoft Office
