Accommodation & Cleaning Operations Manager

AP All Clean is a growing local business providing cleaning for holiday accommodation, short-term rental properties and residential homes throughout the Whitsunday region. We are looking for an organised, experienced Accommodation & Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our holiday accommodation services in Airlie Beach. This is a full time, permanent position.

You will coordinate the operational requirements of multiple short-term rental properties, including property turnovers, our housekeeping team, staff scheduling, supplies, quality control and communication with property owners and accommodation partners. It is a hands-on management role within a growing business, suited to someone who can work independently, juggle multiple priorities and make sure properties are consistently maintained and ready for guests.

What you'll do

- Oversee the day-to-day operational requirements of our holiday rental properties.
- Coordinate property turnovers and make sure properties are prepared for incoming guests.
- Prepare staff rosters and allocate cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- Supervise and support cleaning and housekeeping staff.
- Assist with recruitment, training and supervision of staff.
- Monitor the presentation and cleanliness of properties.
- Communicate with property owners, property managers and accommodation partners.
- Respond to operational issues relating to properties and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Order and manage linen, cleaning products, equipment and other supplies.
- Coordinate changeover requirements between bookings and guest stays.
- Develop and maintain efficient procedures for property preparation and housekeeping.

About you

- You have at least one year of previous experience in a housekeeping leadership role within hospitality, hotels, resorts or accommodation properties.
- You are detail-oriented, with high standards of property presentation.
- You have strong communication and organisational skills.
- You are available to work a flexible roster when required.
- You hold a current driver's licence.
