Neumann Steel Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an Operator Welder to join our family-owned team. You will operate MIG/TIG/Arc welding equipment, read drawings, and ensure weld quality while maintaining safety standards.

Ideally you have 1–3+ years of welding or fabrication experience, with the ability to stand for long periods and work in an industrial setting. This full-time role offers a stable, local workplace with a focus on quality and reliability.
