An exciting chance is now available at a well-established business within Singleton. This is a contractor position. We are seeking a mature and experienced Administrator who is able to work in a small team and manage their role autonomously.

Duties for HST Admin:

1. Provide administration assistance to the Health, Safety, and Training Team;
2. Assist with processing site training records in the training database;
3. Maintain effective manual and electronic filing systems adhering to Record Management Guidelines and Systems in place;
4. Assist with processing bookings for training courses;
5. Respond to general enquiries relating to site access and induction requirements;
6. Assist with processing site familiarisation induction paperwork for site access of Employees and Contractors;
7. Assist with SAP entries.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Proven experience in database systems
2. Microsoft suite experience
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Strong communication skills
5. Ability to work autonomously
6. Ability to work in a high pressure environment during peak times
7. Results orientated – can do attitude
