We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Cook to join our dedicated team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality meals for our residents.

About the Role

We are seeking a Cook to join our team on a Casual Basis!

Various shifts are available, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.

You will be based at our Burdett House , located at 65 Burdett Street Hornsby NSW 2077.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, and deliver nutritious, seasonal, and appetising meals tailored to residents’ needs and preferences
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure kitchen and food preparation areas are kept clean, organised,



and well-maintained at all times
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and catering team

About You

- Police Check (National Police Certificate) (Essential)
- At least 2 years experience as a Cook (Desirable)
- Previous aged care experience (Desirable)
- Has a passion for creating healthy, delicious, and visually appealing meals
- Is organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Knowledge of infection control procedures
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work well with staff
