Uniting is seeking a dedicated Roster Scheduler in Nowra NSW to oversee rostering for our residential aged care service. You will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure rosters are accurate, compliant, and accessible, while handling workforce data and reporting to support decision-making.
You will contribute to the person-centered approach by supporting staff, residents, and families through efficient rostering practices, confidentiality, and qualified service delivery.
