Summerland Farm is seeking a Retail Team Leader to guide a friendly, passionate team and keep the retail space vibrant while supporting meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability.

You will coach team members, delight customers, and bring the Summerland Farm experience to life on a beautiful macadamia and avocado farm on the Alstonville plateau, part of Aruma's inclusive employment initiatives. Requires a current Australian driver’s license and compliance checks.
