Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill is launching Parklands Social: NY Deli & Grill and seeks a hands-on Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team and uphold high standards across daily service, events and room dining.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you’ll mentor staff, contribute to menu development and ensure food safety and cost control. A dynamic hospitality environment awaits, with opportunities to influence a current signature restaurant.
