THE ROLE

Junior Strata Manager

An exciting opportunity to take the next step in your strata career, supporting a portfolio of buildings across the Sutherland Shire with ongoing support from experienced Strata Managers.

- Managing a portfolio of strata buildings with senior support
- Liaising with owners, committees, contractors and stakeholders
- Coordinating maintenance requests, repairs and required works
- Preparing and attending strata meetings, including agendas and minutes
- Managing strata compliance, records and documentation
- Responding to enquiries and managing day-to-day portfolio matters
- Building strong relationships with owners and committee members

THE PERSON





- Previous experience in strata management or strata administration
- Ready to step into a Junior Strata Manager role and take ownership of a portfolio
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Confident managing a busy inbox and competing priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, personable and eager to learn and grow
- Certificate of Registration preferred
