Your new role
You’llsupport a portfolio of motor claims and deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers by:
- Managing claims from start to resolution
- Gathering information and assessing next steps
- Speaking with customers, third parties and suppliers
- Providing clear,timelyupdates throughout the process
- Working collaboratively with your team to deliver strong results
About you

- Experience in customer service, retail, contactcentresor hospitality
- Comfortable speaking with customers and handling a variety of situations
- A positive, resilient attitude andstrong teammindset
