Northern Health in Melbourne’s outer north is inviting a Team Leader to head a new state-of-the-art compounding suite opening in early 2027. You will partner with the Senior Pharmacist – Compounding Services to build workflows, lead technicians and deliver safe aseptic production across Northern Health.

This permanent full time role offers after-hours flexibility, a 10% seniors allowance, and salary packaging options.
