We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Beacon Lighting Angle vale store in SA. This full-time chance will see you partnering with the Store Manager to inspire your team, grow sales, and create outstanding customer experiences, with the added benefit of every second weekend off.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

At our Angle Vale store, you'll help customers find the perfect lighting solutions while creating an exceptional in-store experience. Working as part of a supportive team, you will:

- Inspire and develop your team through coaching, mentoring and hands-on leadership
- Drive commercial success by growing sales across retail, trade and design
- Deliver service that stands out, creating memorable experiences for every customer
- Build strong trade relationships and expand engagement with our Retail & Trade Loyalty Program
- Share your expertise to help customers make confident lighting and design decisions
- Create a store that shines, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Lead a culture of safety and wellbeing, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for customers and team members




- Partner with the Store Manager to achieve operational excellence and store goals

- You have experience thriving in a retail, sales or customer-focused environment
- You communicate with confidence and know how to bring out the best in people

- You hold a current driver’s licence and enjoy being hands-on when needed
