Waste Options is seeking 2 full-time experienced Customer Service / Operations professionals to join our team based in Penrith, NSW . In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operations of our waste management business.

With a focus on building strong client relationships, you will be the voice of our company, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of care and support.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email (multiple inboxes 20+), and other communication channels
- Managing the administration and customer service for all accounts
- Assisting with the coordination of waste collection and disposal services between our customers and contractors
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Providing administrative support as needed
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service/ operations or call centre role, preferably from a face pace environment call centre
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service / operations experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, energetic, and customer-centric attitude
- Australian work authorisation required for this position
