SA Health seeks a Community Support Worker for Eyre and Far North Local Health Network under Consumer Directed Care. You will assist aged, frail, or disabled clients to live independently in their homes or Residential Aged Care facilities.

Role involves personal care, meal prep, cleaning, transport and social support, with adaptable, autonomous work within a supportive team. Ongoing training is provided and a driver’s licence is required.
