Dream Nannies is seeking a reliable, structured, and proactive Nanny for a warm professional family based in Indooroopilly. Both parents work full time and are looking for a confident carer to provide structure, routine, and engaging care for their two children.

The family includes a bright, lovely 7-year-old girl who loves drama and needs good routine, and a happy, confident 3-year-old boy who has an ASD diagnosis with speech delays. The family also has a friendly sausage dog.

This role is ideal for a candidate with experience working with children on the autism spectrum or a strong early childhood background who can encourage speech development and support routines within a firm, gentle boundary framework.
Days & Hours

- Full-Time position consisting of 33 hours per week across 3 long weekdays:
- Monday: 7:00am-6:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:00am-6:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:00am-6:00pm





- Hours remain consistent during school holiday periods.

Duties & Requirements

- Morning drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups for school and pre-kindy.
- Transporting the 7-year-old daughter to her Wednesday afternoon drama class.
- Engaging the 3-year-old boy with speech-encouraging play and supporting his daily routines.
- Basic family meal preparation (batch cooking/freezing), children's laundry, and running occasional household errands.
- Maintaining clear, firm, and supportive boundaries that help both children thrive.
- Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle (car seats provided).
- Experience with ASD and speech delays is highly desirable.

Salary

- Competitive salary of $40 per hour + Superannuation.
- Permanent contract

Valid Blue Card, First Aid certificate required before starting this role.

You will also need your own reliable car - family will provide car seats
