Nude Amigos is a busy and established restaurant specialising in modern Mexican cuisine. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our team on a full-time basis in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
- Managing kitchen operations during service
- Assisting with menu planning and development
- Supervising and training kitchen staff
- Managing stock control and ordering
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
About you
- Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III or higher)
- 1 year experience as a Chef
- Experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong organisational and teamwork skills
