Lumia Care Pty is seeking a Disability Community Support Worker to assist elderly clients in St George and surrounding areas. You will provide in-home support to help clients live safely and maintain independence while staying connected to the community.

Candidates with Cert III/IV in Aged Care or Disability, manual handling expertise, and a caring, reliable attitude are preferred. Driver’s licence and access to a insured vehicle are essential.
