Uniting AgeWell in Ballarat is seeking a Care Organiser to coordinate and schedule services across our Support at Home and CHSP programs. You will match care staff to client needs, manage schedules, respond to changes, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

This full time role operates Monday to Friday from our Ballarat office, requires strong organisation, excellent communication and the ability to prioritise.
