Innercity Property Agents – Darlinghurst NSW

Innercity Property Agents is seeking a motivated and ambitious Residential Leasing Executive to join our team in Darlinghurst, NSW .

This full-time role is primarily focused on residential leasing , providing an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish or further develop their career in real estate. Working alongside our Property Management team, you will be responsible for managing leasing enquiries, conducting inspections, securing quality tenants, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also provide support to the Licensee in the day-to-day administration and leasing activities of our commercial property portfolio.

About the Role

As the face of our residential leasing division, you will play a key role in connecting tenants with properties while ensuring a seamless leasing experience for landlords and renters alike.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct residential rental inspections and open homes

- Manage leasing enquiries and follow up prospective tenants

- Process tenancy applications and prepare lease documentation

- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors

- Coordinate property advertising and marketing campaigns

- Prepare and upload online property listings

- Maintain accurate records within agency systems

- Work closely with the Property Management team to minimise vacancy periods

- Assist the Licensee with day-to-day commercial leasing and administrative tasks

- Attend commercial property inspections as required

- Provide general administrative support across the business

About You





We are looking for someone who is energetic, organised, customer-focused, and eager to build a successful long-term career in real estate.

Essential Requirements

- Must be available to work Saturdays as a mandatory requirement of the role, with a rostered day off provided during the week.

- Current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational and time-management abilities

- High attention to detail

- Professional presentation and a positive attitude

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Preferred

- Previous experience in residential leasing, property management, real estate administration, hospitality, or customer service

- Knowledge of PropertyTree, Inspection Manager, or similar industry software

- A passion for property and a desire to grow within the industry
