OTR Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Gold Coast stores. You will focus on delivering excellent customer experiences, keeping the store clean, stocked and welcoming for guests, and supporting daily operations.

Ideal candidates are checkout-friendly, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and willing to work flexible hours including late nights and weekends. Australian working rights and a current police clearance are required.
