Black Buffalo, part of Kalis Hospitality, is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to support the Venue Manager and lead a outstanding team across bar, gaming, bistro and accommodation. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, mentor the team, and help maintain high standards of service.
You will champion health and safety, liquor licensing compliance, RSA and RCG, while benefiting from a development pathway and strong support from Head Office to grow into venue leadership.
