We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our growing team!

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

- Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating learning environment.

- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

- Incorporate Montessori-inspired activities, sensory exploration and child-led learning.

- Build meaningful and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

- Support children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.

- Contribute to observations, documentation, learning stories and the educational planning cycle.

- Maintain high standards of supervision, child safety, hygiene and wellbeing.





- Work collaboratively with your Room Leader and Educational Leader to deliver quality educational programs.

About You

We would love to hear from candidates who have:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved), or are actively working towards an approved qualification.

- A valid NSW Working With Children Check.

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain.

- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and EYLF.

- A genuine passion for early childhood education.

- Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

- A positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
