These are full time, casual positions looking to start late November for training . Once your training has completed you will have exposure working across our many outlets throughout the resort.

Rosters are advised two weeks out so you can find the balance with work and home life. Your professionalism, passion,



commitment and respect will be rewarded by our Executive Chef taking a keen interest in your career and future progression.

You may have extensive Restaurant and or Cafe experience but are looking to expand your skills outside of this environment. If you enjoy the fast pace and challenge that a multiple Food & Beverage outlet venue can offer, please read on.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a Restaurant, Cafe or high volume catering setting
- Full availability including weekends and public holidays
- Able to commit to a min of 6 months or longer
- Able to adapt to busy periods with a sense of urgency
- Willingness to learn great techniques
- Able to follow recipes and plan your time accordingly
- Actively demonstrate pride in your work
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards
