Lennox Street Local is a current neighbourhood café in Richmond from the team behind Butter Days Bakery. We're looking for experienced senior FOH people, skilled baristas and casual café all-rounders to join us from the beginning. We'll be serving Allpress coffee, Butter Days pastries, toasties, jaffles and a simple food offering.

Key responsibilities

- Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the café
- Lead service and help make Lennox your own
- Be confident with customers and work in a small team
- Take responsibility for service and general café duties
- Make great coffee with pride and consistency

About you

- Solid hospitality experience
- Confident with customers and work well in a team
- Reliable and take initiative
- Care about what you do




- Solid coffee experience and know your way around an espresso machine
- Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enjoyment of hospitality
- Keen to learn and become part of the team
- Restaurant experience is a plus
