NewWay Solutions is looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join one of our client's busy scaffolding yards in Glendenning, Blacktown NSW. We are looking to hire 3x Forklift Operators . This role is perfect for someone who can handle 20% hands‑on labouring tasks, 80% operate a Linde Joystick Counterbalance Forklift safely, and assist with yard operations, including returns and inventory management. What You'll Be Doing:
- Safely operate a Linde Joystick Counterbalance Forklift
- Assist with warehouse tasks, including handling returns and accurately counting stock for inventory (for warehouse roles)
- Load and unload trucks, moving scaffolding materials around the yard
- Perform manual handling and general yard labouring tasks
- Organize and maintain stock efficiently
- Follow WHS procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Current forklift licence (LF) – experience on Linde Joystick Counterbalance is essential but not mandatory
- Previous experience in warehousing, scaffolding, or general labouring (desirable)
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Ability to lift up to 20kg as part of manual handling requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Australian work rights are required for this position
