The Gap Tavern, part of Endeavour Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager who thrives in a rapid-paced hospitality hub. You’ll lead peak shifts, mentor the team, and ensure a welcoming, high-energy experience for locals and visitors alike across the bar, bistro and gaming room.

This hands-on role requires practical lifting tasks and a commitment to safety, while licensing requirements (RSA/RSG, RMLV, Approved Managers Licence) are met.
