We're looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Townsville team. The successful applicant must be confident leading the team and stepping up as Acting Store Manager when the Store Manager is on days off, on leave or away assisting with current venue openings. Immediate start available
Requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Strong experience using POS systems and managing daily restaurant operations
- Good understanding of hospitality laws and regulations, including liquor licensing, food safety and workplace health and safety
- Current RSA required
