The Stag Public House in Adelaide's East End is seeking a Functions & Events Coordinator to lead our busy events calendar. You will plan and execute functions end-to-end, coordinating enquiries, walk-throughs, run sheets, staffing and post-event reporting.
As the main point of contact for hosts, you’ll ensure seamless communication with our FOH and BOH teams, lead on-shift service, and keep the function spaces presentation-ready with clear briefings and solid leadership.
