Cater Care is seeking an experienced Sushi Artisan to join our Sushi Sushi team at Newcastle Airport. If you understand the art of preparing quality sushi and sashimi and are committed to delivering a consistently excellent food experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Here's what you'll be rolling into!

- Preparing fresh sushi and sashimi to a high standard.
- Managing bulk food preparation while maintaining consistent quality.
- Creating an enjoyable customer experience through friendly service.
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards.
- Assisting with general kitchen duties, including dishwashing.
- Working independently, staying organised and keeping things running smoothly.

What you'll bring to the role

- Proven experience in sushi preparation, including sushi and sashimi.
- Confidence in bulk food preparation and maintaining consistent product quality.
- A strong focus on food safety,



hygiene and presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently, manage priorities and maintain a clean, organised kitchen.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist with dishwashing and general kitchen duties.
