Operator – Tailings Reclamation & Reprocessing

What’s Involved

- Fast-paced environment: Play a key role in tailings reclamation and reprocessing, operating tailings cannons for 8-9 hours. You’ll work to recover valuable materials from tailings, contributing to sustainable mining practices while keeping the operation running smoothly. Tasks include laying pipework, stripping pumps, and performing maintenance.
- Hands-on tools: Operate equipment such as skid steers, work with pipework systems, and set up barricading. This role offers the chance to build valuable experience with essential mining tools and systems.

About You

- Ready for a challenge and not afraid of hard work.
- Experience in farming, labouring or other hands-on industries.
- Enthusiastic about getting into mining and giving it your all.

The Details

- Pay rates:
- $40- $50/hr - casual hourly rate working approximately 12 hour shifts per day/night

- Roster:

- 2|2 roster (14 days on - 7 days, then 7 nights)

- Allowances:

- Camp accommodation and meals provided
- Fuel allowance provided to drive in candidates
- Flights arranged for FIFO candidates

- Requirements:

- Fit to perform requirements of the role and pass a medical, police check and drug & alcohol screening.
