Ballina Shire Council on the Far North Coast of NSW invites an experienced Ganger to join our road construction team. Reporting to the supervisor, you will provide in office supervision of a small crew to deliver earthworks, pavement surfacing, drainage and concreting with a focus on quality and safety.

We offer a salary range of 65,700 to 75,600 per year plus 12% super, flexible rosters (9 day fortnight or 4 day week), ongoing training and a supportive workplace culture that values safety and
