Administration and Front of House Team Member

First Aid Academy Pty Ltd (RTO# 40920) is an innovative, skilled first aid training centre and first aid supplies store. We build confidence to care by providing nationally accredited courses and other services, including selling and hiring rescue equipment, as well as first aid staff for local events. We support a wide range of local organisations, nationally owned corporate businesses, government agencies, and the general public in Cairns & Far North Queensland.

We are looking for a Client Relations person and an Admin person to share our Front of House roles. Successful candidates will have the option to progress into a client relations supervisory role and further advance their career.

You'll join our friendly, dynamic team at North Queensland's largest and most respected First Aid training facility.

Key responsibilities

Respond to phone, email and in-store enquiries, directing them to the correct department where necessary

Process individual,



group and company course enrolments

Accurately maintain client data in both student and retail management systems

Process student certifications

Point-of-sale operations

Assist the Sales Manager in restocking and sales

Clean the store and training facilities as part of the team

General tasks as required

About you

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail, high standards regarding accuracy

Sound computer skills with ability to learn new systems

Efficient and professional phone manner

Ability to work within a team and follow direction
