Hyperfast is seeking a NOC Engineer (1st Line Support) in Belfast to be the first point of contact for technical support. You will troubleshoot faults, manage incidents and outages, and coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues on a 24/7 rota across 4 days.

The role requires understanding of networking protocols (IPv4/IPv6, VLANs) and GPON, plus a customer-centric approach. Previous service desk experience and CCNA are desirable.
