Flower Child Cafe in Sydney is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our Castle Towers kitchen team. You’ll help deliver high-quality Australian brunch dishes, maintain presentation and support smooth service.

This role offers a path to development within a three-venue cafe group, plus staff meals, drinks and discounts. Previous experience as a senior CDP or similar is preferred and a positive, team-focused attitude is essential.
