At Creative Sensory Spaces , we design, manufacture and install imaginative sensory environments that transform everyday spaces into places of discovery, connection and possibility.

We're looking for a proactive, digitally savvy Executive Assistant to work closely with our Founder & Creative Director, bringing organisation, energy and fresh ideas to our growing business.

This is much more than diary management! You'll be involved across the business, from executive support and team coordination to marketing, digital projects and the exciting launch of our online store.

What you’ll be doing

- Be the Founder's right hand: Manage diaries, inboxes, meetings, travel and follow-ups.

- Keep things moving: Coordinate business administration, team communications and day-to-day priorities.

- Support sales and customers: Manage CRM updates, appointments, proposals and customer administration.

- Get involved in e-commerce: Help launch and maintain our online store, including product uploads and website updates.

- Bring creative flair: Support marketing, Canva designs, content, email campaigns and social media scheduling.





- Make things easier: Improve systems, follow up on actions and turn ideas into reality.

You'll be a great fit if you...

- Have experience as an EA, PA or in a similar business support role - ideally Founder / small business experience.

- Are exceptionally organised, proactive and detail-oriented.

- Are digitally confident and quick to learn new platforms.

- Communicate brilliantly and enjoy working with different people.

- Take initiative, solve problems and work independently.

- Thrive in a creative, fast-moving workplace.

Experience with Canva, CRM systems, Shopify or Mailchimp would be a bonus.
