Challenger Services Group is seeking a Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor to lead a high-end, high-volume hotel kitchen in Melbourne CBD. You will supervise the stewarding shift, manage rosters, delegate duties, train new team members, and uphold hygiene, HACCP, and WHS standards to ensure efficient service for chefs and the kitchen team.

This hands-on leadership role requires confident, energetic leadership and precision in a fast-paced workplace.
