Accor’s Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is hiring a Chef de Partie to lead kitchen operations at our 241-room Premium Hotel in Sydney. You will prepare, present and display menu items, while maintaining a clean, hygienic workspace and mentoring junior chefs.

You will have opportunities to work with the Executive and Sous Chefs on menu development. We value teamwork and the ability to work autonomously in a high-volume workplace, with a commercial cookery qualification.
