What Kind of Social Media Are We Talking About?





Not boring corporate posts. Not endless stock images. And definitely not just posting because the content calendar says it's Tuesday!

We want content that people actually want to watch.

Think:

- Funny, relatable reels and TikToks – content that taps into everyday situations, real estate industry humour and things people can relate to.
- Personality-driven content – showcasing the real people behind WealthApp, our team, our culture and what we're building.
- Trending content with a twist – spotting trends early and turning them into something clever and relevant to our brand.
- Behind-the-scenes moments – launches, team antics, events, partnerships and the real journey of building a growing tech business.
- Creative storytelling – explaining what WealthApp does without making it feel like a sales pitch.
- Street-style interviews and spontaneous content – getting out there, asking questions, capturing reactions and creating genuine engagement.
- Bold campaigns and attention-grabbing ideas – content that gets people talking, tagging their mates and sharing.
- Educational content that doesn't feel educational – making property, referrals, commissions and technology interesting, simple and entertaining.

We want to build an audience that follows WealthApp because they enjoy our content , not just because they might use our product.

What Will You Be Doing?

You'll have the opportunity to help shape our social media presence from the ground up.

Your role will include:

- Creating, filming and editing engaging short-form video content.
- Developing creative ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Getting our team involved in content, even the camera-shy ones!




- Building a content calendar that balances humour, entertainment, education and product awareness.
- Identifying social media trends and opportunities.
- Creating content around events, partnerships, product launches and milestones.
- Engaging with our online community and helping grow our audience.
- Working alongside our marketing and leadership teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Tracking what's working, what's not and constantly finding ways to improve.
- Travel will be involved across QLD & Australia once we are establish - exciting!

We don't just want someone who can schedule posts. We want someone who can create the content in the first place!

Who Are We Looking For?

We're not hung up on qualifications or years of experience.

You might be a marketing graduate with incredible ideas, someone who's built their own following, or a professional content creator looking for their next opportunity.

What matters to us is that you're:

- Creative, energetic and full of personality.
- Confident approaching people and encouraging them to get involved.
- Comfortable behind a camera, and ideally in front of one too.
- Someone who understands humour, timing, trends and what makes content engaging.
- Able to film and edit reels and videos.
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools.
- Proactive and happy to take ownership of your ideas.
- Organised enough to turn those ideas into consistent, quality content.
- Excited by a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.

We want someone who comes to us with ideas, not someone who waits to be told what to post.
