Arli Homes in Port Melbourne seeks an experienced Client Service Co-ordinator to guide clients from initial deposit to contract signing across Arli Homes, Lumi Homes and Nido Homes. You will support variations, assess plan suitability, and ensure documentation is water-tight for construction start and site work.

You’ll liaise with sales, drafting, estimators and councils to deliver a seamless client experience and bridge gaps between client expectations and delivery.
