The Department of Youth Justice and Victim Support in Townsville invites applications for a Detention Youth Worker. You will help keep young people safe in detention, promoting positive behaviour and supporting their transition back to the community.

Responsibilities include maintaining a protected, respectful environment, applying behavioural management, delivering gender-, culture-, and health-conscious activities, and recording reports in the department systems.
