The Commons in Melbourne is seeking a friendly, capable Full Time Front of House / Barista to join our team. This hands-on role blends quality coffee making with guest service in a quick-paced, community-focused environment.

You’ll deliver excellent espresso drinks and a warm welcome for members and guests, support cafe service during busy periods, maintain a clean workspace, and help uphold our standards of hospitality and team spirit across locations.
