We are seeking a Motivated and Safety driven Rigger to join our field operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, upgrading, and maintaining telecommunications infrastructure on various structures, including mobile towers, rooftops, and monopoles. This is a hands‑on position requiring technical expertise, physical fitness, and an absolute commitment to working safely at heights.

Key responsibilities

Install, commission, and decommission telecommunications equipment, antennas, feeders, and hybrid cables.

Work at heights on various structures, including lattice towers, monopoles, guyed masts, and rooftop facilities.

Perform structural steel installations, rigging mounts, and line‑of‑sight path alignments.

Conduct sweep testing, PIM testing, and fiber testing to ensure optimal network performance.

Complete detailed site audits, close‑out documentation, and capture high‑quality site photographs.

Adhere strictly to dynamic risk assessments, SWMS,



and critical safety protocols on site.

Living Away from home for weeks at a time.

About you.

Ability to interpret construction drawings, feeder schedules, and rigging layouts.

Strong team player with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Current National High Risk Work License – Basic Rigging (RB) or Intermediate Rigging (RI).

Valid Construction Induction White Card.

Valid Australian Driver's License (Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid license is a major plus).

Current First Aid & CPR, and RF EME Awareness certifications. (Preffered but not required)
