Rex Gorell Family Group is one of the largest privately owned, motor vehicle dealer groups in Australia, as such we are seeking aSenior Administration Clerkto join our team on a full time basis.

This roleinclude:

- Vehicle Stock Control
- Compiling deal packs, compliance checking, document archiving
- Processing VicRoads registrations and transfers
- Processing fleet claims
- AP/AR

To be successful in the position you will need to have the following:

- Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and motivation to learn
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work across multiple dealerships and locations (within the Geelong area) as required
- Previous experience using a DMS would be advantageous
