LeWrap is seeking a Field Trainer to support our stores and teams across Sydney and regional areas. In this hands-on role, you’ll train and coach staff, work with franchisees and store teams, and help deliver a consistent LeWrap experience for every customer.
You’ll visit stores, assess performance, identify training gaps, and reinforce standards in food safety, quality, cleanliness and presentation. A proactive, field-focused candidate with solid communication will thrive.
