Brisbane Skylights and Ventilation Systems Pty Ltd – Redland Bay QLD

We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused team member to join our office. This is a wide-ranging role that combines customer service, administration and technical support. You will work closely with both domestic customers and builders, helping guide projects from initial enquiry through to ordering and installation.

Key responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders and trade customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to builder enquiries.
- Read residential building plans to identify suitable skylight and ventilation solutions.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers with product selection.
- Raise purchase orders with suppliers.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
- Enter and update customer information within company systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Schedule appointments and assist with job planning.




- General office administration.
- Assist with inventory and ordering as required.
- Support the sales and operations team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role you require:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in administration, CRM or job management software.
- Confidence reading or interpreting residential building plans (or a willingness to learn).
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Professional phone manner and presentation.
- Experience in the building, construction or home improvement industry.
- Experience preparing quotations or processing purchase orders.
