Guzman y Gomez is opening a new restaurant in Mackay. We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, lead the team through busy service, train staff and contribute to guest experience and financial management.

You will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional service, and upholding our values in a fast-paced casual dining environment. The role is full time and site-based in Mackay.
