Synapse ITS is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Australia to deliver world-class hardware technical support for ITS products. You will guide customers through troubleshooting and installation, logissues in ticketing/CRM/ERP systems, and help drive product improvements with engineering and marketing teams.

You will train distributors and staff, provide in office support as needed, and maintain detailed documentation.
