We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Silverwater team.
As a key point of contact for our customers and insurance partners, you will play an important role in ensuring customers receive clear communication, timely updates and a professional experience throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers and insurance partners.
Provide clear and timely updates throughout the vehicle repair process.
Coordinate vehicle bookings, drop-offs, collections and customer handovers.
Greet and assist customers in person regarding their repairs.
Liaise with internal teams to obtain repair updates and coordinate customer requirements.
Perform general administrative duties to support the office.
About You
Previous experience in customer service and administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence handling difficult conversations and managing customer expectations.
A professional phone manner and attention to detail.
Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage responsibilities.
A positive attitude,
with the initiative to take ownership of tasks and the ability to work well within a team.
